welcome to the haven indianola
We’re a wellness collective and community studio based in Indianola, IA. Our mission is to provide space where our community feels welcomed, empowered, and embodied through a variety of movement classes and whole-body health offerings with certified and experienced instructors and practitioners.
In addition to our studio operations, we also open our doors for intimate gatherings, from baby showers to graduation parties and small wedding receptions. The legacy of the building known as THE STUDIO lives on.

Our collective operates in a cooperative fashion where each instructor has joined as a member to foster collaboration, break down barriers of competition, and to create a seamless and safe experience for the community by operating under one roof.
