bethany grabe, begin again yoga
Founder, Studio Operations, Founding Member
Bethany is the Founder of The Haven Indianola and is responsible for Studio Operations. She saw the need for community space for many practitioners to operate under for a streamlined experience for the community. Bethany also owns Begin Again Yoga, a practice built on breaking down the basics of yoga for a therapeutic approach through both mindful movement and breath. She first started practicing yoga in 2013 to help alleviate the side effects of severe anxiety. The journey has brought her to share her discoveries and experiences as an advanced yoga teacher and 500-RYT specializing in integrative yoga and SomaYoga, blending traditional yoga methods and Somatics. Her mission in life is to help people feel good and embodied.
She adores spending time with her two young boys and husband, and has enjoyed becoming part of the Indianola community since moving here in 2020.
