The Haven Indianola is perfectly situated just steps away from the Indianola Square
Our space is idyllic for intimate gatherings like birthday parties, graduation parties, rehearsal dinners, quaint weddings, baby showers, and more. Formerly known and operated as THE STUDIO, we pride ourselves in continuing excellent customer service for a seamless and positive experience.
We understand each event is unique (just like you!), so we like to learn more about you and your event in order to provide you with a custom estimate. We have base rates for each of the following options which includes setup of tables and chairs, as well as a menu of add-ons to make your event special to you. We set up the space for you, and you decorate and bring in all the goodies to make it yours.

The requested rental time includes setup and cleanup.
quick but important facts
Saturday reservations start after 10 a.m. and Sunday reservations must conclude by 3 p.m. for studio operations unless willing to add on additional time per hour
Max capacity is 60 guests seated and many more for open houses
Guests bring in own decor, serving-ware, and place settings
Small outdoor patio is available for cocktail hours or small gatherings
A home owner's Proof of Liability Insurance document is required if you are intending to serve alcohol
A $100 deposit is required at booking to secure date and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event
Credit card is required at booking for incidentals after event, up to $150
A cleaning fee will be applied to all rentals and will be outlined in the final contract
All renters must sign and adhere to the contract

Are you a dancer, performer, or artist and want to use our studio to rehearse your next moment on stage? Rent our space at an hourly rate. Contract is required. Studio and sound system are included only.
